Police camera captured Roth's statement to Chief Gilbert (not present) while being transported to jail on Friday, April 4, 2012. Roth was arrested for Felony Resisting Arrest-Physical Force; Felony Aggravated Assault -Police Officer; Misd. Criminal Trespass 2nd Degree; and Misd. Disorderly Conduct. The two were arrested at Quartzsite Police Dept. Desert Messenger obtained videos through Public Records Request from QPD. This short clip contains a warning by Roth to QPD Chief Jeff Gilbert and officers. Judge released both on OR, just two weeks after being placed on 3-month probation for convictions stemming from Sept. 2011 incidents.
