Drainage repairs scheduled on State Route 95 north of Yuma next week
Drivers travelling between Yuma and Quartzsite are advised to plan ahead and allow extra travel time
The Arizona Department of Transportation is scheduled to repair several drainage pipes on State Route 95 north of Yuma from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily beginning Monday, Sept.10, through Friday, Sept. 14. Traffic will be stopped intermittently and drivers should allow extra travel time between Yuma and Quartzsite as minor delays are expected.
What to expect next week during work hours:
ADOT advises drivers to proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and be alert for construction equipment and personnel.
ADOT works to inform the public about planned highway restrictions, but there is a possibility that unscheduled closures or restrictions may occur. Weather can also affect a project schedule.
